Cathy Ortner
Cathy was born and raised in North Wilmington and is a graduate of Archmere Academy, earning a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1997, she began her real estate career at Patterson-Schwartz, working alongside her mother, Bonnie, where she developed a strong appreciation for precision, preparation, and attention to detail. Cathy is deeply committed to providing hands-on, personalized service at every stage of the real estate process, with the goal of making each transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible. Known for her tireless work ethic and client-first approach, she consistently exceeds expectations and delivers the level of service every buyer and seller deserves. Outside of real estate, Cathy enjoys exploring nature trails and spending time in the kitchen perfecting new recipes.
Brian George
Brian is a Delaware native and a graduate of Salesianum, holding a BA in Business Management from Wilmington University. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2003, he brings more than two decades of experience to every transaction. Brian began his career in real estate sales and advanced to become Broker of Record for the Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Greenville office, where he successfully led an office of more than 60 agents for over ten years. He has also served as a director for both the Delaware Association of Realtors and the New Castle County Board of Realtors. Known for his deep market knowledge, leadership, and transactional expertise, Brian is widely regarded as one of the area’s most respected real estate professionals. Outside of work, you’ll often find him on a softball field, enjoying time with his daughter.
