Cathy was born and raised in North Wilmington, a graduate of Archmere Academy and has a BA in communication from the University of Delaware. Cathy has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1997 when she began her real estate career at Patterson Schwartz working alongside her mother, Bonnie, where she learned the importance of details.
