Cathy was born and raised in North Wilmington, a graduate of Archmere Academy and has a BA in communication from the University of Delaware. Cathy has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1997 when she began her real estate career at Patterson Schwartz working alongside her mother, Bonnie, where she learned the importance of details. Her goal is to give personal attention to her clients throughout every part of the real estate process and make the transaction as smooth as possible. Cathy works tirelessly to exceed expectations and provide her clients with the level of service that everyone buying or selling a home deserves.
Brian George
Brian is a native to Delaware, a graduate of Salesianum and has a BA in business management from Wilmington University. Brian has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2003. He began his real estate career in sales and worked his way to Broker of Record of the Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Greenville office overseeing over an office of 60+ agents for a decade. Brian has served as a director for the Delaware Association of Realtors and the New Castle County Board of Realtors. Brian's knowledge of the market and the real estate transactions make him one of the most knowledgeable and respected agents in the area.

Tara is passionate about the real estate industry and has earned an excellent reputation among her clients and her peers. Prior to joining the real estate world, Tara had a successful career in the nonprofit world, where she learned the values of teamwork, clear communication, and operating in a mission-driven environment. Her mission now is to help you find the way HOME. Tara lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband, twins, and two Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs. She is a UD graduate and a “Double Del” with her husband. Tara is originally from Long Island, New York. She is a Sustaining member of the Jr. League of Wilmington and a volunteer for other local nonprofit organizations.
Kesia Campbell
Kesia Campbell, is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Delaware and has been helping Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate Investors obtain their Real Estate goals for over a decade. She was a longtime agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and decided to make a change and joined COMPASS RE in 2022.
